A Golf Shift Board is a training aid that teaches one of the most important moves in the golf swing—the shift. You'll often hear terms like Golf Shift Board, pressure plate, balance board, and weight-shift trainer. For the most part, they're describing the same type of training tool. I chose the name Golf Shift Board because it tells golfers exactly what the board is designed to teach.
The Golfzilla Shift Board was built specifically to be used while hitting real golf shots. Its anti-twist design provides smooth, predictable feedback without constantly needing to stop and reposition the board between swings. Whether you're trying to hit the ball farther, eliminate fat and thin shots, or simply improve your swing mechanics, the Golfzilla Shift Board helps train the movement that makes it all possible.

Golfzilla is a small independent maker of golf training tools that I design and build myself. The company started after buying training aids that looked promising but felt like something important was missing, so I started building my own. Every Golfzilla product comes from real use, experimentation, and trial and error with the goal of creating training tools that actually help golfers swing better on the course—not just look good in an ad. Golfzilla isn’t a giant factory brand. It’s a one-man workshop built around problem-solving, creativity, and a love for golf.
